The Challenge:
A key fashion trend for Spring 2019 in Australia, Linen is a natural fibre that many shoppers don’t know are a blend of different natural elements. UNIQLO’S design direction from Japan HQ was to create window displays and in-store visual merchandising that would show the customer the process of how to make linen.

The Activation:
A very simple yet elegant design was created just by showcasing Linen as a deconstructed blend of plant, fibre and yarn. Each window display featured a dressed mannequin in ladies and men’s linen clothing designs with a feature frame behind them, each containing either plant, fibre or yarn. To accentuate each element, we simple placed coloured frames behind the boxes. To also educate the consumer once in-store, the fish tank visual merchandising glass showcase also had each linen element on show with a small explanation.
