Background & Objectives:
Although all different, every JB is universally linked through its low-end, in-store surrounds, so customers feel they are getting best value for money on the products themselves. Each store will have the same spatial constraints when promoting and launching new products. When it comes to DVD’s and Blu-Ray, we are restricted by how we can display these so as to not obstruct customers, staffers and security. Whilst keeping to a very tight spatial footprint, the goal is to design a Free-Standing Display Unit that will disrupt and not obstruct within store. Using the tried and trusted JB approved cardboard 3 column display, we needed to give it a larger than life Ragnarok makeover whilst maximising stock on a unit that would generally hold only 100 units

The Activation:
So, how do you engage the shopper within a dynamic, cluttered and tech-filled space like JB? And encourage sales? You harness the power of Thor, that’s HOW! You embrace his theatrical command of Lightning that he wields throughout countless movie and trailer scenes. Without seeing the film, the shopper will still understand the connection.

The Results:
We felt the lighting was a great point of difference and something that we have not seen in a JB store before. The artwork really complimented the lighting and made a very impactful display.
