Assembly
and Finishing
Our
assembly and finishing department consists of a large free-form
area which can be re-arranged easily to establish the required
assembly line for each project. Typical processes include
cleaning and assembly of parts, electrical wiring, inspection
and testing, and final packing into clearly labelled cartons.
Step
1
Point-of-sale
units are usually palletised and stretch wrapped for delivery
to the customer, or to their nominated 3rd party distribution
facility. Larger projects are often packed directly into containers
for easier distribution around the country or overseas.
